Job Summary :

As a Commercial Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers on a scheduled route, while meeting performance objectives.

Starting Rate : $29.00 (dependent on experience, certifications, and endorsements)

Essential Functions :

• Conduct all business in alignment with Patterson Companies' code of conduct.
• Drive assigned vehicles to deliver and pick up shipments.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring all loads are secure for transport.
• Operate all required warehouse equipment safely.
• Meet assigned performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and vehicle.
• Handle hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to company protocols and regulations.
• Ensure routine maintenance is performed on the vehicle and it remains in safe working condition.
• Comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal motor carrier laws.
• Submit required compliance reports on time.
• Follow biosecurity policies and protocols as necessary.
• Assist with daily operations at the fulfillment center when not driving.
