Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to promote the dealership.
- Represent the dealership at local events, sponsorships, and charity activities to increase community involvement and brand visibility.
- Create and execute community outreach programs that align with the dealership's values and goals.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns that build a loyal customer following.
- Design creative advertisements, videos, and graphics that align with the dealership's brand identity.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and dealership milestones.
Lead Generation
- Develop innovative strategies for capturing and nurturing leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure ROI and increased customer traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide valuable insights on potential customer leads.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the dealership's online presence, ensuring accurate and engaging content across all platforms.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to maximize online reach and lead conversion.
Customer Relations
- Engage with customers through social media, responding to inquiries and building trust.
- Use feedback from customers and the community to inform future campaigns and improve dealership offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for creating impactful content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
