Duties
- Operate and maintian equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect data on water quality and treatment processes for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and repair equipment related to water distribution, ensuring all machinery is functioning correctly.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends or issues that may affect treatment efficiency.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively as part of routine maintenance tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during equipment repairs or facility maintenance.
- Work with distributed control systems to monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Plumb new installations or modifications as needed to enhance facility operations.
-Maintain distribution metering through regular reading of meters and potential repairs to system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in distribution operations is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analytical techniques related to water quality.
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely in an industrial setting.
