The Finance Systems Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between our Finance and IT teams, ensuring the seamless integration and operation of financial systems. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvement, driving automation, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions. The Finance Systems Analyst will collaborate across departments, analyze data for insights, and help ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical finance platforms.
Detailed Description :
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to analyze system requirements, enhance user experience, and manage day-to-day system administration.
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders to implement platform enhancements, upgrades, and new solutions.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and new solutions.
- Provide user support by troubleshooting and resolving issues and questions related to Finance systems.
- Provide training and guidance to Finance team members on system use and best practices.
- Manage integrations and data quality processes, including validations, mappings, transformations, and confirmations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
- Assist with audit-related activities by retrieving data and ensuring system compliance.
- Perform GAP analysis to identify gaps between current and desired states of business processes and systems.

The Finance Systems Analyst requires the ability to work in a time sensitive, high visibility role while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when adversity is encountered. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
