Fleet Driver - Mill Hall, PA.

Job Description

The Fleet Driver 2 is responsible for transporting heavy equipment, hazardous and nonhazardous materials to and from wellsites safely and efficiently. This role requires adherence to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures while ensuring the proper maintenance and handling of assigned vehicles and equipment.

Detailed Description

• Operate assigned trucks in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Follow all Company and Client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability for truck, trailer, and cargo.
• Accurately complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) for each assignment.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Participate in pre-job safety meetings, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and PAUSE meetings.
• Maintain a proactive, self-motivated approach to completing assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

Work Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
  
  

Licenses And Certifications

• CDL Class A (Required).
• Hazmat Endorsement (Preferred).
  
  

Physical Requirements

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Occasional crawling, pushing, pulling, and lifting objects up to 30 lbs.
• Repetitive hand movements including grasping, holding, writing, and typing.
• Requires physical exertion, including cardiovascular and large muscle control.
  
  

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor environments, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels.
• Working near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, and other hazardous conditions.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, mists, and poor ventilation at times.
• Shifts over 8 hours and 100% travel required.
