Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to minimize downtime and resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in the oilfield industry.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate Company vehicles.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols essential.
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
