The Restaurant Busser will work closely with the servers and kitchen staff to ensure guests have a seamless dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist servers with food and beverage service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Keep dining areas clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, and cleaning walls and windows
- Refill condiments and beverages as needed
- Assist with dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures
