KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Research land records, survey records, and land titles
Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located
Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of data
Prepare plots, maps, and reports
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Good computer skills (MS Office, CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Reliable vehicle (mileage and gas reimbursed)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Survey experience required (3-5 years)
Sign industry experience a plus
Working electrical knowledge, Master Sign Electrician license a plus
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
Must be able to stand, walk, use arms, hands and fingers to handle, or feel, and reach
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
