Essential Functions :
Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the plant to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Report damages and help oversee repairs
Help move received material to stock area
Move required material from stockroom to specified area
Assist in additional job tasks required by manager
Qualifications :
3 years of experience as forklift operator
Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated
Physical Demands :
Lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds
Ability to bend, stretch and sit or stand during the entire shift.
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb into forklift, bent stoop and twist.
May involve some repetitive motions
