Essential Functions : What you’ll do :
- Coordinate w / Plant Manager to update the Production Schedule and Project Timelines
- Enter new projects into schedule system and adjust durations and dependencies & enter Methods of Manufacturing for labor and material in the ERP
- Send purchase requests for custom project material
- Prepare Work Orders for Projects to release to the Production Floor
- Prepare Pick List and other documents for job travelers
- Assist with expedited corrective work orders & mock up and sample request work orders released to floor and shipped
- Close out projects by reviewing QC forms and Production Report with correct material issue entries
