Janitorial Supervisor
We have a full-time, evening shift Supervisor position in Charleston, WV. The position requires a clean driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The position schedule is Monday-Friday 4 pm to midnight.

Position Summary - The Supervisor is responsible for staff management, routine cleaning, and starting new accounts for assigned areas.

Essential Functions
- Plans and oversees all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Must get along well with others and deal effectively with clients, managers, subordinates and site visitors.
- Additional duties as assigned pertaining to specific sites or projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a standard high school or trade school course or equivalent combination of experience and training required. Must have knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors. Considerable experience as a custodian preferred.
Must be able to read, understand and follow units of measure on product labels. Must have an excellent attendance record and demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment.

We are offering a $225 bonus and an hourly rate increase for all new hires who successfully complete 90 days of employment. Program subject to terms and conditions.
