Description :
Experienced Shipping / Receiving Associate - minimum of 2 years experience with FEDEX / UPS required; Strong English written and communication skills. HS Diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills required. Employee must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills. Must be able to lift 30 lbs to shoulder height. Duties will include the following plus other assignments within shipping / receiving / warehousing :
- Packaging & shipping of international / domestic orders for internal and external customers to include;
- Preparing DIM and weight analysis and rates quotes for sales department.
- Final processing of package shipment through automated FEDEX / UPS / DHL systems.
- Notifying freight forwarders of shipment pick up's.
- Resolving export issues as identified by sale's, customer's, and , or carrier's.
- Warehouse stocking and maintenance.
- Receive material into inventory from the Receiving and, or Manufacturing locations.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances.
- Maintain inventory integrity and stockroom housekeeping.
- Provide customer support and fill stock requisition requests.
- Perform inventory adjustments.
