As part of the Patton Logistics family of entities, the Contract Administrator role in our Hello Truck Lease entity is pivotal to our success by managing a variety of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail as you work closely with our clients to ensure their business fleet needs are met with the highest level of care and service!
Requirements:- Reviewing lease applications, including working directly with the applicant on questions, documentation, credit checks, etc.
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Manage document signing and amendments, tracking all deadlines and renewals
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution
- Generate reports on contract statuses and key metrics
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders by addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally
Knowledge/Skills
- Previous experience in contract administration, leasing, or a related field required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of leasing regulations and industry standards is a plus
- CRM Salesforce experience is a plus

Additional Information
- The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
- This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
