Our continuous pursuit of excellence includes providing competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, professional development, and challenging growth opportunities to our valued team members.About the OpportunityAs a Compressed Air Systems Specialist for Pattons, you will : Serve as the subject matter expert on technical information for the sales of compressed air systems, accessories, parts, and serviceGenerate leads and develop detailed sales plans to effectively penetrate accounts and achieve sales goalsTravel to current and prospective customer sites within a designated sales territory to demonstrate and explain products and services, conduct needs assessments, and solicit ordersRecommend compressed air system products and services to customers based on their needs, interests, costs, and other factorsPrepare and present quotes, proposals, and service contracts to potential and existing customersReview detailed design drawings, specifications, or lists related to compressed air system installationsNegotiate prices and terms of equipment sales and aftermarket service agreementsRecord prospecting activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemIncrease organizational visibility within the industrial and manufacturing industries through active networkingOther tasks as needed or assignedAbout YouThe Compressed Air Systems Specialist opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or other relevant field and 2 years' B2B sales experience in the industrial / capital equipment industry; or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid Driver's License and clear motor vehicle recordProven ability to generate leads, convert leads to sales opportunities, and achieve sales targetsEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and networking skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
