- List of all MO Learning Standards (math, ELA, SS, and science) that will be addressed in the course. *Elementary school courses must all include Math or ELA standards in addition to any other standards.
- Develop and write a proposal for your enrichment class. This proposal should outline the learning objectives of your class, the activities you will be doing, the materials you will need, and how you will assess student learning.
- Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized learning and small-group instruction.
- Develops lesson plans that result in high-quality learning experiences that maximize instructional time.
- Ensures that student behavior conforms to the school/district policies and establishes/maintains standards of student conduct needed to achieve an effective learning environment.
- Coordinates with other staff members and participates in faculty meetings
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that are aligned with the program's learning objectives.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where students feel respected and valued.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the principal(s).

Position Purpose:
Under the general supervision of the summer school principal, facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing enrichment classes. Enrichment teachers will teach four sections of the same grade level a 90-minute class.
