What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Patty Cakes Bakery of CT?
Patty Cakes Bakery of Rocky Hill is seeking experienced bakers. Experienced in the preparation of Italian pastries and cookies (Cannoli, Sfogliatelle, Pasticiotti, Danish, Turnovers, etc..) capable of cake (birthday and special occasion cakes) assembly and decorating. Will also prepare and bake Italian breads and stuffed breads. Experience is a must. We are not interested in teaching. Must be willing to work weekends and longer hours during the holidays. Full & part time positions available.
