Orthodontic office in need of a Sterilization Technician. The position is PT, 1-2 days per week from 7:30am-5 pm. Willing to train the right person but the dental experience is a plus. Must be a people person who is detailed oriented, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a team environment!
The overall job of a Sterilization Technician is to ensure that all equipment is sterile and clean, and equipment is readily available for delivering patient care.

- Preparing equipment and instruments for decontamination.
- Disinfecting solid clinical areas and turnover for the next patient.
- Operating equipment to clean, disinfect and decontaminate instruments, devices, and equipment.
- Inspecting instruments and equipment for signs of damage and wear and tear.
- Unpacking, checking, and stocking new equipment, instruments, and devices.
- Delivering equipment and supplies to all areas of the facility.
- Maintaining accurate records of when items undergo sterilization.
- Monitoring temperature and humidity conditions within storage areas.
