Small law firm looking for a paralegal/legal assistant to join our team. We value work-life balance, and offer a 4 day work week (M - Th). Responsibilities include organizing and managing client files; preparing draft estate planning documents and probate filings; communicating with clients and courts; analyzing client information; preparing correspondence; managing the firm calendar and docket; sharing the responsibility for answering phones and greeting clients; assisting with document signings; and other duties as needed.

Expected hours: 24-36 per week
