Join our team at Paul Borg Construction Company, a leading construction company in the Chicago Metropolitan area since 1965. We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee diverse commercial projects across the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing the full scope of projects to ensure financial success and confirm all deadlines are met
-Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings as requested
-Acting point of contact for owners, internal staff, subcontractors, architects, & engineers
-Seamless communication and collaboration with other project managers
-Work in partnership with Superintendents and other onsite team members
-Onsite collaboration to ensure project safety at all times
-Other duties as needed and assigned
Requirements:
- JOC Experience
- Preferably hold a BS in Construction Management or Engineering
- Possess 3-10 years of construction project management experience
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, and Negotiation
