Location: NYC (Hybrid; 2x)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of a sophisticated sales strategy within private equity firms
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Capitalize on emerging trends and new client opportunities
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to refine the firm’s value proposition
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team
- Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite executives at top private equity firms
- Analyze business development effectiveness and provide data-driven insights
- Ensure smooth client transitions to the client relationship manager post-launch
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in senior-level business development within professional services, ideally for financial-sector clients
- Proven track record of selling high-value business services
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Expertise in crafting persuasive presentations and marketing content
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- A dynamic, performance-driven mindset with a passion for private equity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- Light travel (<15%) required
Salary : $170,000 - $350,000
