Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Houston Accounting & Finance recruitment division, building a best-in-class team
- Drive full-desk recruitment efforts, managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier finance and accounting talent, and closing placements
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand market share in the Houston area
- Build and foster long-term partnerships with clients ranging from mid-sized firms to Fortune 500 companies
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing recruiters, creating a strong office culture and driving revenue growth
- Leverage the firm’s 15 years of success while implementing innovative strategies to scale operations
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment, with a track record of success in business development & team leadership
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong market knowledge of the Houston business landscape and Accounting & Finance hiring trends
- Hands-on 360 recruiting experience with a focus on delivering top-tier talent to clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, leadership, and strategic execution
