About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join their team in New York City. This individual will focus on placing Risk and Compliance professionals within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, a deep understanding of the risk and compliance market, and a passion for building strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in the Risk and Compliance space.
- Partner with financial services clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruitment experience within a staffing agency environment, with a focus on Risk and Compliance roles.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in mid-to-senior-level roles within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the risk and compliance market, including regulatory frameworks and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
