Our client is seeking a highly motivated Risk and Compliance Full Desk Recruiter to join their growing team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment with experience in business development and the ability to manage both client relationships and candidate placements. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, engage, and recruit top-tier risk and compliance professionals for a wide range of roles across industries.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business and build strong, lasting relationships with clients in the risk and compliance space.
- Client Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client needs, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates while keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in full desk recruiting and business development, ideally in risk and compliance, finance, or related sectors.
- Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships from the ground up.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the risk and compliance industry, its key players, and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and candidates.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while managing a full desk and meeting recruitment targets.
- Location: Must be based in New York City, with the ability to work in a hybrid setting.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
