Responsibilities and Duties
The Courtesy Shuttle Driver plays a dual role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting shop operations at Paul Campanella's Auto Centers. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Safely transport customers using the company's courtesy shuttle vehicles.
- Ensure the shuttle is clean, and well maintained at all times.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all shuttle passengers.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and customer areas.
- Conduct miscellaneous errands related to shop operations such as picking up tires parts and supplies.
