Role Summary
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transport for customers to and from our service centers. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining our company’s reputation for outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers between designated locations and our service centers.
- Pick up and drop off of parts and tools between shop locations and vendors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and routine checks of the shuttle vehicle.
- Ensure all safety regulations and traffic laws are followed at all times.
- Provide friendly and informative customer interactions during transport.
- Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle, including managing luggage if necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and service teams regarding schedules and customer requests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver's license with 3 years of general driving experience and a clean driving record is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a driving or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and courteous manner.

Work Schedule and Compensation
