Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the project team and manages limited scope projects as outlined in the list of duties and responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Project Documents in Procore
- Preparation of project-related correspondence
- Consistent follow-up with subcontractors, the design team, and owners on all project related action items (submittals, closeouts, change orders etc.)
- Process technical product data and shop drawing submittals
- Issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders at the direction of the Project Manager
- Distribution and tracking of project related technical materials in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Maintenance of all project logs utilizing Procore (submittals, RFIs, etc.)
- Assist in tracking of change orders
- Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and document preparation of meetings
- Attendance at project meetings. Produce and distribute meeting minutes
- Produce closeout packages for the Owners
- All other duties as assigned
