The Mitigation Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and success of the mitigation team, ensuring efficient project execution, adherence to company standards, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Performance Oversight
- Supervise and evaluate Project Manager performance through goal-setting, monthly reviews, and compliance with company processes.
- Conduct bi-weekly production audits with Project Managers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a performance scorecard at or above 82%.
- Ensure RMS and task compliance across all projects
- Monitor vendor relationships, track utilization, and assess returned leads.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to generate leads and opportunities across departments.
- Participate in weekly production meetings with the Operations Manager.
- Address department concerns and job-specific issues proactively.
- Maintain regular check-ins with the Project Coordination Manager.
- Track department spending and revenue in alignment with the annual budget.
- Reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze and improve key performance metrics, including conversion rates, attachment rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), maintaining an NPS of 75% or higher.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Project Managers.
- Work with the Operations Manager to identify and enroll Project Managers in relevant training and certification programs.
- Implement Progression Plans and Performance Improvement Plans to drive continuous professional growth.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development to ensure Project Managers excel in their roles.
- Conduct weekly ride-alongs with Project Managers to visit job sites and proactively address issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues related to mitigation projects.
- Partner with Mitigation Managers to assess technician and field crew training needs.
- Proven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a similar industry leadership role.
- Strong project management, operational oversight, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Familiarity with industry software, reporting systems, and compliance processes.
