Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Field Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience as a contractor or carpenter to ensure all work is completed to high standards, addressing any issues in the field and providing expert guidance to crews.
• Estimating & Pricing: Write accurate and detailed estimates using Symbility and Xactimate software, ensuring that all pricing aligns with industry standards and insurance requirements.
• Supervision: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress, conduct quality checks, and address any potential delays or issues that arise during the course of the work.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a contractor or carpenter, with a strong understanding of construction processes and practices.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Symbility and Xactimate to create detailed estimates and manage project costs.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in the field and adapt to changing project needs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all work meets high-quality standards and stays within budget and timeline constraints.
• Certifications: IICRC, and OSHA certifications preferred.
