Restoration Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mitigation techniques, equipment, and safety regulations. They will be responsible for leading a team of field staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and training on safe mitigation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand project objectives, scope, and timeline.
• Crew Supervision: Lead and manage a team of field staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Equipment Management: Coordinate the maintenance and operation of mitigation equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and standards to minimize risks and accidents.
• Maintenance and Disposal: Manage the disposal of demolition debris and materials in an environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mitigation and or construction work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
