Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Louisville, KY at Paul Davis Restoration Louisville.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, admintrative office management / support, and managing customer service inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude towards clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service positions, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and develop effective working relationships with team members, clients, and partners.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry, email communication, and the proper use of office equipment such as phones and fax machines.
