Lead Mitigation Technician

Our mitigation technicians help people and their properties recover from damage due to disasters. Prior experience working for a disaster restoration company is a plus, but not required.

The Position:

• Water extraction, carpet pad removal
• Mold removal, containment
• Demolition of damaged property and material
• Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks
• May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Operating machinery and/or power tools
• Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
• Rotating after-hours on-call work schedule
• Follows established safety practices

Physical Demands:

• Be exposed to various indoor & outdoor working conditions; change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating
• Stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl & crouching required

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2 years mitigation experience preffered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a background check
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service
• Team player

The Location:

Phoenix, AZ

Compensation and Benefits:

• $19— $27/hr depending on the level of experience
• Paid Vacation
