Your Role:

• Oversee and manage multiple restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
• Provide top-tier customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  

What You Bring:

• 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
