Junior Project Manager
Paul Davis Restoration of Metro NY / NJ is hiring a Junior Project Manage r to join our team. This position is designed for individuals passionate about making a difference and eager to grow into a full Restoration Project Manager role. The Junior Project Manager will support Restoration Project Managers in all duties and tasks during a structured training period, with the goal of becoming a fully functioning Project Manager within approximately six months.
Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager will :
- Assist Restoration Project Managers in managing residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Learn to collaborate with property owners and insurance adjusters to clean up and repair damage caused by fire, water, wind, and other events.
- Support project oversight, including subcontractor coordination, budget management, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs designed to build skills in project management, leadership, and technical expertise.
- Graduate to the role of Restoration Project Manager upon successful completion of the training period and demonstrate readiness to lead projects independently.
- Competitive Base Salary : $55,000 - $60,000 during the training period.

- Act as a liaison between customers, team members, and insurance adjusters.
- Conduct site inspections, help resolve project challenges, and learn to ensure safety compliance.
- Develop proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and technology tools used in restoration management.
- Transition to a full Restoration Project Manager role.
- Assume full responsibility for managing restoration projects, with the opportunity to earn commissions based on job performance.
