- Evaluating and documenting damage from water, fire, mold, and storms
- Using specialized equipment to clean and restore damaged structures
- Communicating directly with customers and coordinating with the team to ensure top-tier service
- Supporting the office’s operations and growth strategy as needed

Reports To: Mitigation Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High character with a commitment to honesty and integrity
- Strong work ethic, adaptable to long or irregular hours (including weekends)
- Ability to operate safely in hazardous environments
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire to help people in distress
- Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and respect for others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of post-high-school education or an honorable discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces
- Experience in construction, renovation, or as a handyman
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to manage people and projects
- Limited experience? No problem. We’ll invest in your training!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and growth) with opportunities for overtime pay
- Weekly paychecks
