The Business Development Manager we need is an assertive, self-motivated, competitor who enjoys growing business and building professional relationships. If you are motivated by driving sales and marketing programs, are results oriented, can juggle a variety of tasks, and understand the importance of consistently following through – you've come to the right place.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be promoting our service to create brand awareness in the local market while building industry relationships to grow the top line of the company. At Paul Davis, we help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood.
Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Manage marketing programs
- Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply / follow-up accordingly
