Required Qualifications :

Passion for Serving Others A desire to help people recover after disasters

Leadership Skills Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate team members from diverse backgrounds

Customer Service Excellence Strong written and verbal communication skills

IICRC Certifications Preferred Fire, Water, Odor, or Upholstery Restoration (well help you get certified if youre not already!)

Adaptability & Problem-Solving Ability to handle dynamic situations with professionalism

Availability Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed

Desire to Learn & Grow Commitment to ongoing training and industry best practices

Your Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) :

• Lead and manage a team handling pack-outs, content restoration, and inventory documentation
• Oversee the cleaning, storage, and restoration of customers' personal property
• Write estimates per insurance carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack-backs, and laundry restoration
• Coordinate job schedules and supervise crews to ensure timely project completion
• Provide direct communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure transparency and job efficiency
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Resolve customer concerns and act as the primary point of contact for job-related inquiries
• Maintain inventory of clean, stocked, and organized equipment and trucks
• Supervise and oversee pack-outs to ensure proper documentation and evaluation of customer belongings
