- Support daily franchise operations in the owner’s absence.
- Maintain financial, accounting, and computer records with CPA oversight.
- Ensure all job costs follow accounting guidelines.
- Communicate empathetically with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and team members.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance (safety certificates, insurance).
- Process payroll and timesheets.
