Restoration Estimators work Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, NO ON-CALL HOURS or WEEKENDS, PTA, Health, IRA receive performance bonuses, a company vehicle, cell phone and computer. The compensation for an RE starts with an annual base of $55K plus commission and averages $75k a year. A Senior RE averages $80K-$1000K per year.
What does a Restoration Estimator (RE) with Paul Davis do?
Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood scoping estimates to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Profitably scope estimates sign projects to get started
- Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are attained
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Clearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as needed
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
Team Requirements:
- Experience using Xactimate
- Clean driving record
- Bachelor’s Degree or previous estimating experience
- Preferred Qualification - Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead
