Restoration Estimators work with owners and insurance professionals after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form. This role is ideal for someone driven to achieve goals, build connections, and contribute significantly to a company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve your community when it needs it the most
• Communicate with clients and adjusters the scope and expectations for rebuild
• Celebrate completion of projects with homeowners, grateful to be back in their homes and businesses, along with your Project Managers and office team members
• Learn new things daily about scoping and signing construction projects
• Meet timelines and compliance tasks, and follow workflows

Required Qualifications: (Additional In-house Training provided)

• 3-5 years of Xactimate experience REQUIRED
• 3-5 years Construction experience
• 1 year of XactAnalysis experience
• 1 year or more of Project Managing Residential and or Commercial Construction Projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
