Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Paul Davis with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Perform Matterport services, including scanning, harvesting, and storing links
- Create sketch floor plans using Xactimate estimating software
- Capture and label photos of homes and businesses in Xactimate
- Utilize Beacon 3D (Hover) for roof and elevation data
- Identify and report safety concerns on-site or in the office
- Maintain knowledge of technologies, equipment, processes, and building products
- Obtain and maintain additional IICRC certifications (as required)
- Operate and maintain a Paul Davis vehicle (as needed)
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education: 2-4 year college degree preferred
- Experience: No prior experience required – training provided!
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Time Management – A must!
- Photography & Lighting – A plus!
- Technical Proficiency – Matterport, Xactimate, RMS/Dash, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Building Materials
- Planning & Organization Skills
- Customer Service Excellence
- Adaptability to a Fast-Paced Environment
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 5-20 lbs. frequently, and 20-100 lbs. occasionally
- Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
- Work in confined spaces and areas with fire, smoke, mold, and sewage
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and chemical fumes
