This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to take on a dynamic, relationship-focused role.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial partners.
- Attend networking events, community functions, and industry association meetings (like the Fox Valley Adjusters Association).
- Organize and promote technical training, tradeshows, and local events.
- Use CRM tools (Luxor, RMS) to manage leads and track outreach.
- Provide regular updates and collaborate with the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:
