Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Manage work flow for the contents department on the warehouse floor
- Manage cleaning techs for the Electronics booth, Fireline booth, Specialty cleaning booth and large contents
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and work with Contents, Mitigation, and Laundry Managers to keep warehouse organized and packaged together
- Complete production paperwork and file in appropriate places. Keep up on Dash and Assured Software
- Coordinate priority cleaning
- Warehouse inventory management
- Contents Supplies Ordering, work with facilities to order and store consumables
- Daily scheduled maintenance work in tandem with Facilities
- Fork Lift certified
- Follow & enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE, when required.
- Assist with Mitigation and Contents field operations as needed
- Keep up on projected pack in Dates
- Load trucks for Pack in
- Organize vendor estimates, relationships, delivery progress etc.
- Assured Software reporting, Ipad data securement, scanning, report creation
- Create/track metrics for productivity
- Pick and set up orders for customer viewings
- Quality Control
- Coordinate space and place for incoming jobs
- Follow budgets to maintain profit goals
- Maintain daytime policies into the second shift
Experience:
- Warehouse Inventory Management
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Drivers License
Physical Demands:
- Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
- May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
- Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
- Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
