What You'll Do:
- Oversee multiple reconstruction and remodeling projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to align on project scope and expectations.
- Solicit and assess subcontractor bids to ensure the best value and workmanship.
- Prepare accurate budgets, estimates, and change orders; upload to RMS.
- Coordinate schedules and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget control throughout all phases.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and proactively address site hazards.
- Manage documentation, contract agreements, and client communications.
- Partner with field Superintendents to track project progress and job costing
- Deliver top-tier customer service—our clients’ satisfaction is your priority.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- 3–5 years in construction project management.
- Construction Management degree preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
Skills & Technology:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Chief Architect (or similar design software).
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using RMS and other project management platforms.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders, access attics and roofs as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
