What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and facility managers
- Oversee active construction and insurance restoration projects
- Review and provide detailed estimates for reconstruction projects to insurance adjusters
- Negotiate and secure approvals with insurance adjusters and property owners
- Manage job cost and Accounts Receivable w/Project Mgr. and obtain signed contracts
- Achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction ratings
What You Bring:
- Proven success in sales and relationship management (1 years preferred)
- Construction knowledge and experience in estimating (Xactimate/Simbility a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate about success
