Requirements

- Partner with leaders to create and update job descriptions to attract applicants
- Stay organized
- Source, screen, schedule in-person interviews, close, communicate offers, and handoff onboarding of candidates to HR Director
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders
- Develop and sustain an active network of candidates by utilizing a variety of sources, including, but not limited to, internet, social networks, database mining, cold and warm calling, social and business websites, referrals, job fairs, trade schools, etc
- Recruit Vendors & Subcontractors, vet, onboard, coordinate/update vendor paperwork, update database
- Negotiate pricing with Vendors & Subcontractors
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
