Location: This position involves working on-site at residential and commercial properties affected by disasters.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call rotation & overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration’s core values of honesty, integrity, and excellence.
- Work under the direction of the Lead Technician to assist in disaster response and property restoration.
- Perform fire and water damage mitigation, including structural cleaning, demolition, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, deodorization, and more.
- Secure job sites and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with moisture monitoring, equipment setup, and contract documentation.
- Handle equipment pick-up and return after job completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and alcohol screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs. Work in confined spaces, and withstand varying environmental conditions
