Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Develop and submit timely and accurate estimates
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project
- Complete projects according to pre-established schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Recruit and build strong relationships with key customers and tradespeople– direct and B2B
- Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Track and report on metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Maintains strong positive relationships with clients and tradespeople
- Demonstrated effective project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
