Job Title: Restoration Project Manager
As a Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and adjusters, overseeing the scope and expectations for rebuild projects. Your goal is to deliver exceptional results while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and adjusters to ensure project scope and expectations are met.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project results, setting proper expectations for team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
- Continuously learn about scoping and signing construction projects, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous estimating experience (e.g., Xactimate & Symbility) is an asset. Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, are preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.
