What does a Commercial Disaster Sales Rep at Paul Davis do?
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
- Develop commercial client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events, and cold calling.
- Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits.
- Create and retain client loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the client.
- Monitors, interprets, and responds to lead sources.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community.
- Participate in commercial associations such as: BOMA, IFMA, NCA, NPFMA
Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Written and Verbal fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Preferred Experience:
- One to three years of commercial sales experience
- Previous membership or affiliation with BOMA, IFMA, NPFMA
Physical Requirements:
- May involve lifting 5-40 lbs.
- May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures standing from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
