What does a Commercial Disaster Sales Rep at Paul Davis do?

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
  • Develop commercial client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events, and cold calling.
  • Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits.
  • Create and retain client loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the client.
  • Monitors, interprets, and responds to lead sources.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community.
  • Participate in commercial associations such as: BOMA, IFMA, NCA, NPFMA


Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service.
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with the client.
  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most. 
  • Self-motivated to get results.
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills with the ability to be flexible.
  • Project management of multitasking capabilities.


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Written and Verbal fluency in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed


Preferred Experience:

  • One to three years of commercial sales experience
  • Previous membership or affiliation with BOMA, IFMA, NPFMA


Physical Requirements:

  • May involve lifting 5-40 lbs.
  • May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.
  • Exposure to weather with temperatures standing from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
  • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent 


Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
