Valid Driver's License is required for the position.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
- Clean criminal background check
- Able to pass a drug test
- Able to work nights and weekends; if needed
- Dedication to customer service
- Experience in demolition, property restoration, or construction is preferred
